CVNR,J & GSP,J CMA.No.202 of 2018 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD CI VI L MI SCELLANEOUS APPEAL.No.202 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order, dated 24.01.2018, in I.A.No.1307 of 2017 in O.S.No.848 of 2017, on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the hearing, Sri M.S.Prasad, learned senior counsel, placed before the court the purported compromise, based on which, the City Civil Court Legal Services Authority has passed an Award on 24.03.2018, as per which, respondent No.1/plaintiff has withdrawn the suit. Though serious lacunae in the Lok Adalat Award have been pointed out by the learned senior counsel, he, however, stated that the grievance with which his clients have filed this appeal stood redressed with the withdrawal of the suit by respondent No.1/plaintiff.

In the light of the above subsequent event, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, I.A.No.1 of 2018, filed by the appellants for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. ____________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY,J _______________________ GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD,J Date: 19.09.2018 Dsr
