HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 33879 of 2015 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 26.09.2015 of the sixth respondent in placing the petitioner under suspension.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the services of the petitioner were later on terminated and challenging the same the petitioner filed another writ petition and in view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
