HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.8481 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Corporation Limited appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent No.5.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respective parties that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.02.2019 in W.P.No.1402 of 2019 passed by this Court.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to apply for electric power supply connection by complying all the norms as required by the respondent - Company. As and when such application is made, the respondent - Company is directed to provide individual service connection to the house of petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of such application and provision of such power supply connection shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the judgment dated

TA, J W.P.No.8481 of 2019 12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
