THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2418 of 2014 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or otherwise declaring the inaction of the Respondents 1 to 4 in not taking any action on the representation/appeal of the petitioners dated 8.11.2013 is bad, Illegal, unauthorized and consequently declare the same as opposed to Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India ...:"

Respondent No.1-Tahsildar, Khammam filed a counteraffidavit stating that the representation of the petitioners was disposed of vide proceedings in Rc.No.C/823/2019, dated 13.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no more and he is unable to contact their legal representatives.

In the light of the subsequent developments and in view of the fact that the representation of the petitioners was disposed of, the writ petition is closed. However, it is open to the legal heirs of the petitioners to espouse their grievance, if any, in appropriate legal proceedings.
