HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Crl.P. No. 1600 of 2017 O R D E R:- It is seen that previous bail application of the petitioner - accused in Crl.P. No. 16461 of 2016 was dismissed by this Court on 20.12.2016.

As per the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no much progress in investigation could be taken place thereafter and so far only three witnesses were examined since the petitioner was at large and no further information could be obtained.

In these circumstances and having regard to the pendency of the investigation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
