Heard Mr. K. Srinivas for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Petitioner assails order dated 28.09.2016 refusing to grant stay pending appeal in Rc.No.K6/ 561/ 2016.

Learned Government Pleader for respondents submits that the appeal stands posted to 26.11.2016 and on 26.11.2016 the appeal will be heard and within two (2) weeks thereafter, the decision is communicated.

The statement is placed on record. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to complete the hearing on 26.11.2016 and communicate the decision within two (2) weeks thereafter, as stated by the learned Government Pleader.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
