THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4274 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.436 of 2014 on the file of Khammam I Town Police Station, Khammam District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 294(b), 326 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

4. While hearing the arguments, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigation in this case is completed and police filed charge sheet and the same is numbered as C.C.No.73 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on the date of first hearing and thereafter, their presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the learned Magistrate insists for their appearance.

The petitioners shall be properly represented through their counsel before the trial Court.
