THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1351 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie material contained in the report given by incharge M.P.D.O, Garividi, Vizianagaram District, to the Police, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission that petitioners/Accused are workers in FACOR Company, Garividi and they went to the MPDO office on 12.01.2015 to make a representation against the new policy introduced by the factory authorities and their arrest during investigation cause hardship to their families, the Police of Garividi Police Station, Vizianagaram District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused No. 1 to 10 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 06-03-2015 eha
