Learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleaders for Home and Prohibition & Excise state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.22-01-2015 in W.P.No.39562 of 2014.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dt.22-01-2015 in W.P.No.39562 of 2014. No costs.
