THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2157 of 2004 ORDER:

The present Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the de facto complainant - wife of respondent No.2 challenging the judgment dated 25.11.2004 in C.C.No.479 of 2000 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, whereby the accused - respondent Nos.2 to 6 herein were acquitted under Section 248 (1) of the Code for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 and 406 IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Sri P. Ravi Kiran, learned counsel on behalf of Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that the parties effected compromise in CMA.No.1355 of 2004 before this Court and even the CMA was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties and, as such, lis in the present revision case does not survive. Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 4 to 6, would not dispute the disposal of the aforesaid CMA by a Division Bench of this Court in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.

Hence, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

ASN,J Crl.RC.No.2157_04 Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
