This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.4 to 6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.360 of 2012, pending on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sirpur, Adilabad District (for short, 'the trial Court'), registered for the offences punishable under Section 489-A of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent - State and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant. There is no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant submits that the matter has become infructuous and, in fact, on 13.04.2016, there is an order of this Court recording the same. But, the docket does not disclose the said order.

However, recording the said submission of learned counsel for the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant, today, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
