THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19947 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in insisting on the petitioner to appear before him and to sign on the blank promissory notes and other unfilled papers without there being any authority.

This Court by order, dated 10.07.2013 directed the second respondent not to summon the petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them. No counter-affidavit is filed till today.

In that view of the matter, interim order, dated 10.07.2013 is made as a final order in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
