As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is called on for hearing on 27-10-2015, it matter was directed to be listed on 3010-2015. Even on 30-10-2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 02-11-2015. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though it is listed under the caption "for dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
