Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue and order or orders particularly in the nature of wrrt of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in initiating disciplinary proceeding by way of conducting an enquiry during the pendency of criminal case as the same is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and the same is liable to be set aside and consequently direct the respondent not to initiate any disciplinary proceedings by way of conducting enquiry in respect to the alleged allegation made in charge sheet dated26.2.2021 .
