THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7933 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in S.C. No.179 of 2014 on the file of the Court of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Proddatur.

At the time of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the Prosecuting Agency would file petition before the trial court to split up the case against the petitioner, so as to conclude the trial against him expeditiously, leaving apart the other accused, who are absconding. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
