Mr. Ch. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, the cause in the writ petition does not survive anymore and, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. To that effect, a letter dated 20.02.2023 has been filed before the Registry.

Permission is accorded.
