HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Grievance of the petitioner is that though he was informed about his selection as Probationer Officer/Management Trainee vide letter dated 01.04.2016, no further orders are issued to him and no reason is assigned as to why his appointment is withheld. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that ventilating the grievance, petitioner submitted representation on 17.09.2016 and the same is yet to be disposed of.

Having regarding to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted on 17.09.2016 and communicate the decision thereon by a reasoned order to him as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there is any adverse decision, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies.
