Heard. Perused the record.

When the appeal was taken up for hearing on 26.11.2019, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3/ petitioners in O.P.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, that the sole appellant in this appeal, respondent 4 in the said O.P., died, on 22.11.2017, and therefore, the matter was adjourned to 24.12.2019, for taking steps. A copy of the death certificate is placed on record.

Despite sufficient time, learned counsel for the sole appellant/ respondent 4, did not take any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

4. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
