This Writ Petition is filed challenging the suo moto Revision entertained by the 2nd respondent on the representation filed by the 4th respondent on 22.12.2017 for cancellation of patta granted by the 3rd respondent in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.1.05 guntas situated in Survey No.103/EE at Sirikonda Village of Kathalapur Mandal, Jagtial district.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Revision is entertained after 25 years, at the instance of the 4th respondent and it is without jurisdiction.

Since the suo moto Revision was entertained by the 2nd respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition but gives liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions available to him under law before the 2nd respondent who has taken up the Revision. It is needless to observe that the 2nd respondent shall consider the objections filed by the petitioner along with the Revision filed by the 4th respondent, and after hearing both of them, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed subject to the above observations.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
