THE HON'BLE SRIJUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2642 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 197J (for short'Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1621 of 2016 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Mekopolitan Magiskate, Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452,323 and 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned Additional Public prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The crime is of the year 2015. As seen from the proceeding sheet, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners on29.09.2023, as such the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also

there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, in the event of cause surviving Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
