THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.19889 of 2005 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri S.Suri Babu, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject-matter of this Writ Petition is covered in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent by the judgment of this Court in Surya Mineral Waters v. The Commissioner of Industries & Others[1].

Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, this Writ Petitions is also allowed. However, in the circumstances, without costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
