As per the information collected by the registry, O.P.No.64 of 2004 was disposed of on 18.07.2012. Since the O.P. itself was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition and consequently, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
