Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 17-10-2001, in OS.No.32 of 1998, on the file of the Court of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam District.

Mr.Metta Chandrasekhar Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 10-03-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this

Court wherein it is stated that both the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and that, therefore, this Appeal be listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the above, this Appeal is dismissed as settled out of the Court.
