This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.149 of 2010 on the file of CCC Naspur Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in Cr.No.149 of 2010, was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 29.03.2014 before Lok Adalat.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
