Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that respondents have not considered her representation dt.01.03.2016 to issue pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land belonging to her.

3. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner should apply in Form 6-A for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Lands and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, with supporting documents to respondent No.4 and if such application is filed, respondent No.4 will deal with it, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed under the provisions of the above said Act before respondent No.4 and if such application is filed with supporting documents, respondent No.4 will pass orders thereon, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of such application and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
