THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.33327 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in issuing Memo, dated 19.08.2017, straightaway revoking the permission granted on 10.08.2017 to the petitioner for erection of a cell tower in Survey No.96/E/1 situated at Budda Kalan Village, Bellampally Mandal, Adilabad District, without issuing any notice.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that no notice was issued to the petitioner before issuing the impugned Memo and prays that the writ petition may be allowed by giving liberty to respondent No.2 to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned Memo is set aside, giving liberty to respondent No.2 to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
