Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of their representation dated 20.03.2015 complaining of high handed acts of respondent Nos.6 and 7, no action is taken by respondent No.5. Hence, they filed complaint before the higher officials, who are arrayed as respondent Nos.2 to 4.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that petitioners' representation, made to the superior officers, was forwarded to respondent No.5 police station and preliminary enquiry was conducted and a case in crime No.60 of 2015 was registered on 27.03.2015 and investigation is taken up.

4. In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration except directing respondent No.5 to complete the investigation expeditiously and take further steps in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
