THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.35354 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was instituted alleging inaction on the representation submitted by the petitioner for settlement of his service benefits after he was removed from service in December 2012.

This Court, by order dated 20.10.2016, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2015. On consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2015, in accordance with the directions issued by this Court, respondents passed order on 05.11.2016, which is impugned in WP.No.12002 of 2017.

WP.No.12002 of 2017 is disposed of today by a separate order. In view of the subsequent development, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
