THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.752 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:

The Police of Shadnagar Police Station registered F.I.R No. 30 of 2015 against the petitioner/accused for the offence punishable under Section 337 IPC on the allegation that on 16.01.2015 he drove his motor bike in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against T.V.S. Champ of the father of the complainant and caused him injuries. The investigation is reported to be pending. Having regard to the prima facie material in the allegation, it is not a fit case to order quashment of the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner is a student, the Police of Shadnagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/Accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
