This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders of the Tribunal in O.A.No.1496 of 2015, dated 19-04-2016, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violataive of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled for compassionate appointment in Government service for the suitable post with all consequential benefits. 3.
Heard Sri B.Ramulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner contends that his mother was employed with the respondents as Secondary Grade Teacher and while she was discharging her duties, she expired on 27-05-2009. Later, the petitioner has submitted application to the respondents on 05-04-2010 seeking compassionate appointment. When the respondents were not considering his case, he filed O.A.No.1496 of 2015 before the A.P. Administrataive Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity 'the Tribunal') and the Tribunal, vide orders, dated 19-04-2016, allowed the said O.A. But the respondents have not yet complied with the orders passed by
AKS,J W.P.No.8509 of 2019 the Tribunal. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the 2nd respondent has requested the 3rd respondent to implement the orders passed by the Tribunal and so far, the 3rd respondent is not implementing the orders.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the respondents, submits that the respondents will implement the orders of the Tribunal, dated 19-04-2016, consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Rules, within a period of eight weeks. 7.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to implement the orders of the Tribunal, dated 19-04-2016, consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Rules, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
