On 16.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the matter listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
