This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the rejection of nomination of the petitioner for the elections to the Managing Committee of Nadigudem Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society scheduled to be held on 04.02.2013.

This Court, by order dated 01.02.2013, held the rejection as prima facie illegal and directed the Election Officer to consider the nomination of the petitioner as valid and allow him to contest the elections.

The date of election was scheduled on 04.02.2013 and the grievance of the petitioner was rejection of his nomination to participate in the elections.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no further instructions as to what transpired on 04.02.2013 and whether petitioner was elected or not.

As the issue itself was time bound, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

7.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
