ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the eviction notice, dated 13.10.2015, issued by respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary. After arguing the case for some time, Mr.Pramod Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a civil suit for comprehensive reliefs. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
