This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 2904-2002, in OS.No.18 of 2001, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta.

Mr.TVS.Prabhakar Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 31-03-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, stating that the appellant has addressed a letter requesting him to withdraw the appeal and that therefore, the appeal be posted under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

In view of the above-mentioned letter, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
