THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27842 OF 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent without obtaining any permission from the 1st respondent-Corporation has made illegal constructions by encroaching public road. It is also stated that the 3rd respondent occupied the 30 feet public road (Sanjaygandhi Nagar-Habibbagh) to an extent of 20 feet and now trying to erect a gate/door towards east of his unauthorized construction causing obstruction and inconvenience to open the gate of the petitioner. As such, petitioner made a complaint on 03.10.2011 before the 1st respondent. As no action has been taken by the 1st respondent, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

When the matter came up for hearing, Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri M.Vijay, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent states that the illegal constructions raised by the 3rd respondent have already been removed.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the respondents, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition is closed. No

order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 25.06.2015 tk
