THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37593 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in registering FIR against the respondents shown in I.P.SR.No.9799 of 2016 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, Guntur District, is not registering a case against the persons, whom are shown as respondents in I.P.SR. No.9799 of 2016, basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 03.10.2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to register a case against the respondents in I.P.SR.No.9799 of 2016, on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, if the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 03.10.2016, discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the 4th respondent fails to register the case, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 4th respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 03, 2016.
