This is an old case pertaining to 2006.Even after so many adjournments, when the case is called, learned counsel for the appellant is absent and there is no representation. This Court is of the view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the case. Hence, the criminal appeal is dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
