This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of order dt.19.4.2011 in W.P. No.10793 of 2011.

On behalf of the respondents, respondent No.1 has filed a counter affidavit wherein it is inter alia stated that the services of the petitioner were regularized with effect from 01.1.2010 vide proceedings No.P6/123(2)/2012-RR, dt.17.7.2013, of Regional Manager, Ranga Reddy Division, Hyderabad.

Mr. P. Venkatesar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the above mentioned proceedings by which the petitioner's services have been regularized, the respondents have complied with the order in W.P. No.10793 of 2011.
