THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.19554 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate order, direction or a writ more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaration that the petitioners acquired the permanent rights of tenancy in respect of the premises bearing Municipal Door Nos.21-1-128 to 131, 133 and 134 belonging to the 2nd respondent and that the 1st respondents are not having any legal right, title or jurisdiction to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the respective tenanted premises of the petitioners including the right to demolish the said premises and further declare that the action sought to be taken by the 2nd respondent is violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice ...

2. The relief sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the petitioner has not filed any proceedings, to which he is aggrieved. Apart from the same, the petitioner has not made out any prima facie case and also did not establish cause of action for filing the present writ petition.
