The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the respondent authorities are not processing the applications submitted by them seeking building permission with respect to Plot Nos.14, 9B, 13 and 12 in Survey No.403/151/2, Shaikpet, Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to pass orders on the applications of the petitioners and communicate the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
