THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No.5274 of 2016 ORDER : (ORAL) On the last date of hearing i.e., on 28.12.2016 appeared none on behalf of the petitioner, however, this Court deferred from passing advance order. Even today, appeared none on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is no more interested to prosecute the present petition.
