THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.456 of 2014 in Crl.P.No.472 of 2015 and Crl.P.No.472 of 2015 Common Order:

T h e defacto complainant and her counsel Sri P.Nagendra Reddy are present. Accused and their counsel Sri B.Sarvotham Reddy are present.

Heard both sides.

The de-facto complainant lodged FIR No.207 of 2014 with Anantapur Rural P.S against accused and police registered the case for the offences under Section 420, 406, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C against the accused and investigation is pending.

While-so, now the submission of both parties is that at the intervention of elders they have resolved the issues concerning to the subject property in Crime No.207 of 2014 and therefore, permission may be accorded to them to enter into compromise.

Having regard to the above said submission and considering that the mater is a property dispute wherein the parties have amicably settled their disputes and no useful purpose will be served even if the parties are driven to trial and following the decision reported in Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab and another[1], permission is

accorded and compromise is recorded and consequently the proceedings in FIR No.207 of 2014 with Anantapur Rural P.S are hereby quashed.

In the result, both the petitions are accordingly disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
