HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.6979 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief: " ...Writ of Mandamus, questioning the action of the respondent No 4 in proposing to effect the changes in the revenue records in respect of the land in Sy Nos. 63, 67, 599, 602, 603, 627, 937, 944, 967, 958, 967, 968, 969, 970, 894, 895, 1174 and 979, total admeasuring Ac 45-20 gts situated at Pebbair Village and Mandal Wanaparthy District during the pendency of the suit O. S. No. 52 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Wanaparthy, in spite of the representation dt 8.12.2017 as being illegal arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 4th respondent to forthwith delete the names entered in respect of the lands in Sy No. 937 and to continue the name of Late V Narayana Reddy till disposal of the suit O. S. No. 52 of 2009..."

The petitioners complain against inaction of 4th respondent in disposing of representation dated 08.12.2017. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

The 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 08.12.2017 filed by the petitioners after hearing respondents 5 and 6, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
