HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2207 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.1062 of 2018 on the file of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 11.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal on 04.6.2019, vide C.C.No.1332 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
