HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 7151 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself with the consent of the learned counsel for both the parties.

The writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 25.07.2017 in O.A.No. 2147 of 2017 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the Tribunal dismissed the Original Application.

Upon perusing the impugned order, we are of the opinion that the order of the Tribunal does not suffer from any illegality or perversity. However, the respondents are directed to take decision on the representation dated 06.07.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
