Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, he purchased the lands admeasuring Ac.1.10 guntas in Survey No.253/EE and Ac.0.14 guntas in Survey No.254/A of Pedda Kandukuru Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Nalgonda District. Earlier petitioner submitted representation for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds. Later, he filed applications through online mode for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds, but so far no decision is taken. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Petitioner enclosed the receipt, dated 14.09.2017, issued by the Telangana State Online.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute that the petitioner applied through online for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Yadagirigutta Mandal, the 3rd respondent, to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds on the subject property by following the due procedure in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
