Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.38 of 2018, Kothapalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 294-B and 342 IPC and 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(Va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and 79 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 3.
It is alleged that the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 are the owners of different brick industries. It is alleged that the petitioners said to have wrongfully confined the victims with them and utilizing their services as bonded labourers. It is also alleged that A.Krishna, TVVU (Telangana Vyavasaya Vruthidarula Union), Sri Sudhershan Marvadi and Sri Venkaiah are encouraging the daily labourers to make false complaints against the owners of brick industries and demanding money from them.

In view of the same, the matter requires examination. The truth or otherwise of the allegations would come to light in investigation. In view of the allegations made, the investigation has to go on. Since the petitioners are brick industry owners and nature of the allegations made against them, they require some protection.

Under these circumstances, the investigating officer shall complete the investigation and file final report without arresting the petitioners/A.1 to A.3.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
