HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4127 OF 2015 ORDER:
The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 17.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.427 of 2015 in O.S.No.181 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.
2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.181 of 2009 itself was decreed partly on 03.08.2017.
3. Though, the learned counsel for petitioner sought adjournment, but, in view of the disposal of the main suit on merits, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.
4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
