At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellants. Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1/plaintiff, placed before the court an internet copy of Lok Adalat Award, dated 24.03.2018, a perusal of which shows that all the parties to O.S.No.848 of 2017, on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, have entered into a settlement, in terms of which, the Lok Adalat has disposed of the suit.

In the light of the above subsequent event, the cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
