When the matter came up for hearing, Sri T.V.V. Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted by this Court on 21.01.2016 stands vacated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
